Located 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Deauville, and 2 hours from Paris by car via the A13 motorway. The Opus 15 guest house welcomes you in the village of Beaumont. It is a luxurious residence with a refined decoration and where breakfast is served in bed. It is equipped with a sauna, a gym and a spa treatment. The house is ideal for a few days of rest away from the stress of the city and discover works of art. The house is composed of 5 rooms and can accommodate 12 guests. It can be rented in its entirety.

Terms and conditions :
Reservation to be confirmed subject to the availability of the service provider concerned.
Deposit of 1500€ required.
Holiday insurance to be provided.
Copy of the identity document with the name of the traveller to whom the booking is made.

Included in the rooms :
Wifi, Tv, Towels and household linen, coffee machine, kettle.
Housework done before entering the premises and on departure.
During your stay, cleaning is optional from 100€.
Free access to the kitchen (a bakery is located less than 100M from the property).
Access to the fitness area (gym and sauna) included. Massage optional and on request.

Prices :
Week-end 1500€ + 300€ cleaning fee for two nights.
Privatisation 1 week : 4000 €.
Privatisation for 15 days: 6000 €.
In high season (1 April 2021 to 31 October 2021 and December 2021): 4000 € per week.
Low Season (November, January, February, March 2021): 3000 € per week.
No stay longer than 15 days is accepted.
Neither breakfast nor board is included in the rates.
