The garden is preserved, walled, orchestrated in intimate corners and literally allergic to breakers.

PRIVATE BASTIDE
CANCELLATION FEES
The rental of the Bastide privatisée is a NON CANCELLATION formula. No cancellation is possible. If the client cancels the rental, he/she will still be liable for the full amount of the rent.
We have negotiated with our partner Chapka Assurances, a specialist in travel insurance, well-calibrated packages for everyone's peace of mind.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
At the latest when entering the premises, the client will hand over to the establishment an amount of 2000 Euros.
as a guarantee, deposit to cover damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and objects in the accommodation caused by the client as well as the loss of keys or objects. For French holidaymakers, this deposit is in the form of a cheque (not cashed).

On arrival, in addition to the cheque, the client will provide full credit card details. In the event of damage (within 48 hours of departure), an amount corresponding to the repair or replacement will be charged to this card and an additional invoice issued. The deposit cheque will then be returned within a maximum of one month after your departure.
