The three guest apartments are located over three floors, each designed and fitted out as an ideal space, which I might dream of discovering myself when traveling for personal or professional reasons. These apartments are ideally located, in the center of Caen, place Saint-Sauveur.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable lounge with a library, fireplace, and "Honesty Bar", where you can spend as much time as you wish.

If you want to enjoy the Normandy countryside, you can discover « l’annexe » nearby Caen and the landing beaches. This cottage is modern but also warm and friendly…

My project, when I decided to leave Paris in 2013, was to create a place that resembles me to share with you my love of decoration, well-being at home, hospitality, and all those simple pleasures that make life so beautiful...

I was so happy with this idea that everything went perfectly. I visited one property and it was love at first sight.
I immediately projected myself in what was going to become "chez Laurence du tilly"...

8 months later, after many renovations, I inaugurated this address, a 19th-century mansion in the heart of Caen with 3 guest apartments that reflect my world. The philosophy of this place, that you feel good, simply, that you can cut and recharge. I put everything in place so that you feel "like at home".

Whether you are on a weekend, on vacation, or on a business trip, whether you just want to take a break for a night or more, whether you are alone or with your family, I have designed this place for you.

The decoration is at the heart of this project, as well as the many services offered on the spot. Everything is set up so that you spend a dream stay, that you offer yourself a nice break.
