Are you looking for a cooking class in Marseille or in Provence (90 min from Nice)? A cooking class in Aix en Provence with the possibility to stay in our Bed and Breakfast?

Are you more interested in a pastry workshop or a group cooking workshop as part of a client invitation or a team-building event?

Finally, perhaps you are looking for a cooking or pastry training course to develop your know-how or create a new project or professional impetus?

In a unique and privileged setting, our Cooking and Pastry Courses are given by the great Chefs themselves and given the extent of their know-how, there is something for everyone.

So join our brigade!
We welcome you every weekend (and sometimes during the week) in a very privileged place for a day of cooking workshop in the company of a great Chef himself.
In our Cooking School, most cooking classes start in the morning over coffee (8.45-15.00) or in the afternoon over a welcome drink for a class in the evening (17.00-23.00). Our cooking workshops are systematically led by a Chef among the 40 Chefs and pastry chefs who take part in the adventure of the cooking classes at La Villa des Chefs - Starred Chefs, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Pastry Champion.

Among our different cooking class formulas, you can choose between three gastronomic Full Menu formulas, through the atmosphere and conviviality of working in a brigade.
These different menus are differentiated by a rise in the range of products and wines, as in the restaurant.
In these formulas, you can associate a guest to the meal who joins you at 12H or 20H (depending on the course) to taste together the prepared menu.
In the Chef's Menu formula, the participants create an inspired menu with everyday products.
In the Prestige and Privilege formulas, after an upscale approach to the products of the meal (fine and noble dishes) our Sommelier will propose a workshop on food and wine pairing. A Formula for Two is also available for two to enjoy the preparation of a cooking class and a wine tasting workshop during a whole morning or afternoon (at the same time), before getting together to enjoy the meal.

The objective of the day " Thematic menus - techniques and products " : Discover the cuisine of a great Chef and realize a thematic cooking class on sauces, broths, truffles, foie gras, caviar, terrines, classics of French gastronomy, flavours of Provençal cuisine, new recipes of world cuisine (Japanese, Italian, ...), fish and shellfish, ...

In this perspective, discover how our great Chefs surround themselves with the most brilliant experts who ensure them an exceptional quality of products and tasting experience!

They are great Chefs, accompanied by their Sommelier and a Maître d'hôtel who offer you their inspiration according to the seasonality of the products.

In a friendly atmosphere, the participants form the "brigade" around the starred Chef, as in his gastronomic restaurant, and carry out the announced programme on their advice in order to perfect their culinary pleasures: recipe techniques, setting up utensils and products, cooking and "dressing to the minute", reminiscent of the world of great cuisine.

The dishes prepared are then served at the table for tasting, in the greatest conviviality and good humour.

You can offer cooking classes and book a gift voucher valid for 1 year and/or choose your Chef and menu, according to affinity, on our evolving calendar where dates are scheduled about three months in advance.
